Ciara Nicholson

Ciara Nicholson has worked in Catholic education within the Diocese of Westminster for over 20 years. She joined The Diocese of Westminster Academy Trust in 2016 as a Headteacher of a DoWAT primary. Since 2021, Ciara has worked on the central team and oversees Primary, Safeguarding, SEND and a number of operational areas across the Trust. In collaboration with CEFEL, Ciara leads on the Trust NPQ programmes and she works closely with the CES on key areas of development within the Education Sector. Ciara has completed NPQH and NPQEL and is a Director of the Lux Mundi Catholic Multi Academy Board.
