Kieran Halpenny

Kieran is a qualified Accountant and Company Secretary. He has worked across a range of Insurance entities the most recent being Thomas Miller where he has been employed for 24 years. Thomas Miller manages or owns a broad international portfolio of insurance, professional and investment services businesses. The portfolio includes mutual organisations and specialist insurance services businesses. A mutual club is owned by its members where each member essentially contributes to cover the other members.

Kieran was appointed a Foundation Governor for the Saint John Henry Newman Catholic School in 2009. He became Chair of Governors in 2018 and retired from the role in September 2024.

Kieran is married with 4 children all of whom were pupils in St Vincent's Catholic Primary School and the Saint John Henry Newman Catholic School.
