Anita Lemon

Anita Lemon joined The Diocese of Westminster Academy Trust in November 2022. She brings with her a wealth of operational and executive experience derived within FTSE 250 operational leadership roles gained from the financial services, automotive and property sectors. During the past decade she worked in the Adult Education sector where she founded an active leisure training academy. 

Anita has an academic background in Financial Services together with a post-graduate qualification in leadership and management. She is passionate about people and an advocate of collaboration and promoting operational best practice to optimise the school experience, benefiting our teams, pupils, and wider community. 

Anita is the lead officer in terms of non-financial systems and operational business functions including HR/Payroll, Estates, Health and Safety and IT.
