Sally Tanner

Sally is a Chartered Management Consultant with many years of experience as a leadership consultant within IBM Consulting and predecessor organisations. Sally has designed and led multiple transformation initiatives focused on driving culture change within organisations through leadership interventions, increasing employee engagement and improving the employee experience. Sally’s passion for connecting people and teams, for building capability and potential and for making each moment meaningful creates the platform for trailblazing leadership inspiring others to join and lead the change.

Sally is currently IBM Consulting’s Strategic Partner Lead for their joint partnership with Adobe, enabling the digital transformation of organisations and their customers’ experiences.

In addition to her current role at IBM Consulting, Sally has been a Steering Group member at Engage for Success, a movement to drive engagement and ‘good work’ across the UK; a governor at Dame Alice Owen’s School, named one of the top state secondary schools in 2020 and 2021. She is also one of IBM’s first Mental Health First Aiders.
