Exotic Animal Show

Last Thursday 90 of our Year 7 pupils attended an Exotic Animal Show organised by the Science Department. During the show pupils had the chance to learn about the importance of biodiversity, especially in tropical rainforests. We were shown time lapse videos of butterfly hatchlings emerging from their eggs, shown exotic species of live moths, chameleons, frogs, insects and lots more. Some lucky pupils were even given the chance to handle some of these animals.

This really was an amazing show enjoyed by both students and staff!
